AXERA /MDS fertilser spreaders offer a top range finishing level : a integral stainless steel body surrounds all parts located below, above and in front of the discs. No risks of paint damage.
The same care has been given to the graduated scales, control levers and outlet shutters : all made of stainless steel.
The increase in working widths, the tendency towards harder fertilisers and the use of “compacted” fertilisers reduce the working life of vanes. The VXR coating, developed after many years of research increases vane life.
This coating is applied as standard to AXERA M and H spreader vanes and to vane extensions on the MDS 1132 and 1142 models. VXR-coated vanes are also available as an option on MDS 52 to 935 spreaders.
QUANTRON P
The QUANTRON P computer is used to control the application rate electronically. This regulation ensures a ground speed related application rate control (DPAE).
At any time, the driver can :
* modify the application rate
* directly pass from normal spreading to border spreading
* carry out border spreading either to the right or to the left.
* while driving, modify the disc speed for normal spreading or late top dressing
* increase or reduce the flow on either sides individually.
* simultaneous shut-off either sides without having to operate the hydraulic outlets (simple to use, no risk of fertiliser loss due an oil leak on the hydraulic outlet)
The user is informed of :
* the outlet shutter position
* the forward speed
* the preset application rate
* the disc speed
* he can select several functions for permanent display on the screen : time, surface sprayed or to spray, spread weight, travel counter, hydraulic pressure,...
The forward speed is transmitted to the control box either by connections to the tractor ISO 11786 socket (if available) , either by a sensor fitted opposite a wheel or the front axle drive, or by a radar fitted on the fertiliser spreader.
EXCEPTIONALLY USER-FRIENDLY
The first aim when designing the QUANTRON P computer was that it be very easy to use. Operating the control box is a child's play thanks to the dialogue per text and the logical construction of the operating menus. Quantron P also offers the possibilty to work without DPAE as well as a diagnostic menu for an easy and fast checking of the regulation components.
The electronic must adapt to the user and not the vice versa ...
EMC ELECTRONIC MASS CONTROL
The Mass Control is intended for AXERA H fertiliser spreaders (hydraulically driven) It is based on a few simple principles:
The more the fertiliser flow increases, the greater the pressure difference between the oil input and output of the hydraulic motor which drives the spreading disc.
· The required pressure varies according to the disc speed : the more it rotates, the more pressure is required.
· The pressure required for a given fertiliser flow is independent of the fertiliser type : the same pressure is required for spreading 250 kg of urea as well as for 250 kg of NPK fertiliser.
The unit is fitted with 3 sensors which measure the pressure at the disc motor and the return pressure. A patented software calculates the required application rate (with regards to the tractor speed, the working width and the required application rate per ha), measures the disc speed and analyses the pressure at the hydraulic motors.
Depending on this pressure, it controls the opening of each left and right outlet shutters in real time.
The mass control also takes into account the variations in the oil viscosity.
READY FOR THE FUTUR
The QUANTRON P control box is fitted as standard with a connection socket for possible links with precision farming terminals.
You can connect N SENSOR, ACT, AGROTRONIX, FIELDSTAR terminals, etc…and practice today or tomorrow precision farming.
