Designed specifically with the higher usage farmer or contractor in mind, the Redrock Hi-Flow slurry pump had been redesigned to improve aerodynamics, eliminating the straight edges that slow down slurry flow to create a high capacity agitator that will pump significantly higher volumes than conventional mixer systems.
As with the entire Redrock slurry pump range, the Hi-Flow is extremely reliable and robust, with a heavy-duty lifting frame and arms.
Ease of operation is the main concern, and the pump is simple to shift from tank to tank, utilising a hydraulic top link (fitted as standard) which allows full positioning and placement in the tank without the operator having to leave the tractor.
For safety and convenience – avoiding the necessity of an operator slipping around over an open tank: there is no need to disconnect the PTO shaft when shifting the pump.
A manhole of only 2’ 3” x 2’ 3” is required for a 7 foot model.
The Hi-Flow mixing spout revolves in a wide arc to allow slurry to be mixed in a range of directions, including under the tractor, to maximize maneuverability and mixing performance.
The spout can be locked in a variety of positions to cater for all tank configurations.
Tractor horsepower requirements of only 85 HP+ mean that in most cases, a secondary tractor can be used for the mixing operation.
All Hi-Flow models are galvanized, utilize a heavy duty 122 horsepower gearbox, and range in length from 7’ to 10’.
