We have a large herd of water buffalo. These majestic animals are kept primarily for their milk. From which, we produce our acclaimed buffalo milk ice cream.

In the Butcher's shop, we use the steers for meat. It is very much like good quality beef but leaner and juicier. When minced, it has a wonderful soft texture resulting in great burgers, mince and sausages.
