This years Kildare County show is coming up fast and preparations are already being made. The show has been going from strength to strength each year and has proven to be a great day out for everyone to enjoy regardless of whether you come from a farming background or not. The event will begin with a tractor pull at 11.00am and if that isn't enough of a crowd puller for you they have organised a huge amount of highly entertaining events for the day. You can try a quick Bungee Jump, before dancing along to a full concert from ABBAesque, a fantastic ABBA tribute band. Sharon Condon will also be performing along with some of Kildare’s finest dancers from Shakers. As part of this fantastic family event there will be sights that will enthrall people of all ages. They will have a large selection of vintage Tractors, Cars and even a 65 ton Military tank! If that isn't enough for you, they’ll have jaw-droppingly cool American Muscle Cars valued at €80,000 each and American trucks on display. A procession of an excess of 50 Harleys Davidson’s from the V Twins club will make a grand entrance and surround Irelands only life size F1 McLaren Grand Prix car, as driven by Louis Hamilton. They kids are also being well catered for at this years show with Barney due to make an appearance. What's more they will have climbing walls, archery, falcon displays, face painting, pets corner, super slides, bouncing castes, mini quads and exotic pets to name but a few. This year will also see the start of their first Yu-Gi-Yo competition (rules available on their web site.)
