Farm Manager

A salad and fruit crop growing farm in Louth is looking for a Crops Manager to manage the farm and oversee the general maintenance of buildings and equipment. This will include labour management, record keeping, crop protections and general farm maintenance. A Horticultural or Agricultural qualification is preferred. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar working environment. Good mechanical skills would be an advantage. You must be able to lead by example, take a hands on approach, paying attention to detail and be result orientated.
