Experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Manager required for 150 cow herd in Wicklow (30 miles from Dublin). Owner is diversifying & currently setting up an on farm cheese business, meaning additional manager required for farm duties. Work would involve assisting and working with the farm manager and owner.

Herd is autumn/spring calving, TMR fed and extensive grazing yielding 7000+ litres.

Package requires every 2nd weekend working and fully furnished 3 bed cottage. Wages are negotiable and a good package will be offered to the right candidate.

As this is a progressive position we are ideally looking for someone to commit. The farm is currently investing in the future (new housing/equipment/herd) and provides an opportunity for someone to grow with us.

Farm Management experience an advantage.
